Developed specifically for the advanced machining requirements of DMG MORI multitasking turning-milling centers, this toolholder combines 90° lateral transmission, single-side twinspindle output, and Y-axis offset capability. It provides two tool outputs within a single tool station, enabling precise handling of eccentric drilling, offset milling, and multi-process continuous machining—significantly enhancing the process integration and flexibility of DMG MORI NLX/NZX series machines.
• Single-Side Twinspindle × Y-Axis Offset:Provides two output spindles on a single side with support for Y-axis movement. It is ideal for highly complex eccentric feature machining and continuous automated production.
• Extreme Runout Accuracy ≤ 0.003mm:The high-precision internal construction ensures superior consistency across both spindles, meeting DMG MORI’s rigorous requirements for dimensional precision and surface finish.
• Precision Ground Spiral Bevel Gear Pairs:Optimizes power transmission efficiency, ensuring ultra-low vibration and stable high-torque output even under twin-spindle loads and Y-axis offset operations.
