• Multi-Angle Flexible Adjustment:Supports a wide range of angle adjustments, optimized for handling angular hole drilling, tilt-surface milling, and various variable-angle requirements, overcoming the limitations of fixed-angle toolholders.
• Ultimate Transmission Accuracy ≤ 0.003mm:Supported by high-precision bevel gears and a robust structure, it ensures exceptional runout accuracy and machining stability across all set angles.
• High-Rigidity Reinforced Locking Mechanism:Features a reinforced locking design to ensure extreme torque resistance once the angle is set, effectively suppressing vibrations even during tilt-surface milling.
• Imported P4 / P5 High-Speed Precision Bearings:Provides outstanding high-speed rotational stability and low temperature-rise characteristics, ensuring superior thermal stability during continuous multi-angle machining.
