Specially designed for Goodway multitasking turning-milling centers, featuring a dual-output spindle configuration aimed at maximizing machining efficiency and shortening cycle times. While maintaining Goodway’s signature high rigidity and powerful torque transmission, these multi-axis toolholders enable multiple operations or simultaneous front-and-back machining in a single setup, providing the optimal solution for boosting productivity and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Dual-Output Synchronized Design:Provides double the tool capacity in a single station, significantly reducing tool-change frequency. Ideal for synchronized main and sub-spindle operations or continuous multi-process cutting.
• Exceptional Runout Accuracy ≤ 0.003mm:High-precision internal manufacturing ensures excellent consistency across both output spindles, maintaining stable dimensional accuracy during precision machining.
• Imported P4 / P5 Heavy-Duty Precision Bearings:Equipped with high-grade imported bearings that effectively absorb loads from dual-direction cutting. Features low temperature-rise characteristics for long-term operational reliability.
• High-Rigidity Transmission System:Utilizes paired-ground gears to ensure smooth power distribution between both spindles, delivering high-quality cutting performance with minimal noise and vibration while protecting the machine turret.
• Monoblock Reinforced Housing:The reinforced housing structure handles the cutting forces of simultaneous dual-tool machining, providing exceptional rigidity while maintaining a compact design.
