Developed specifically for high-end Goodway multitasking centers, this toolholder combines 90° lateral transmission, single-side twinspindle output, and Y-axis offset capability. It provides two tool outputs within a single tool station, enabling precise handling of eccentric drilling, offset milling, and multi-face complex operations—helping Goodway NL and GLS series machines maximize space utilization and process integration.
• Single-Side Twinspindle × Y-Axis Offset:Provides two output spindles on a single side with support for Y-axis movement. It is ideal for high-precision eccentric positioning, completing multiple operations without repositioning the workpiece.
• Extreme Runout Accuracy ≤ 0.003mm:The high-precision internal construction ensures superior consistency across both spindles, maintaining tight dimensional tolerances even during eccentric cutting.
• Precision Ground Spiral Bevel Gear Pairs:Optimizes power transmission efficiency, ensuring smooth and high-torque output even under synchronized twinspindle loads and Y-axis offset machining.
• Reinforced Housing & Vibration Damping:The reinforced housing structure handles the forces generated by asymmetrical machining, effectively suppressing vibrations and protecting Goodway's precision turret system.
• Imported P4 / P5 High-Speed Precision Bearings:Equipped with high-grade imported bearings offering superior thermal stability and low temperature-rise, ensuring reliability and long service life during prolonged high-speed operations.
