Combining a high-rigidity locking mechanism with precision transmission technology, it significantly expands the machining range of Goodway NL, GLS, and GTH series machines.
• Wide-Range Angle Adjustment:Offers a flexible angle adjustment range (typically ±90°), ideal for various variable-angle requirements and eliminating the machining blind spots of fixed-angle toolholders.
• High-Rigidity Reinforced Locking System:Features a specially reinforced locking design to ensure the set angle remains stable under heavy-duty cutting, effectively suppressing vibration and enhancing surface precision.
• Exceptional Runout Accuracy ≤ 0.003mm:The precision internal transmission ensures exceptional rotational accuracy at any set angle, meeting rigorous requirements for dimensional precision and surface finish.
• Precision Ground Spiral Bevel Gear Pairs:Utilizes high-quality ground gears for smooth power transmission, reducing operational noise and increasing efficiency to ensure stability during long-term continuous machining.
