Product Introduction
Developed specifically for Goodway high-rigidity multitasking centers, our broaching units are dedicated to integrating keyway and tooth profile machining into a single process. Keyways, internal/external splines, which traditionally require separate shaping or broaching machines, can now be efficiently completed directly on the Goodway turret. Featuring a reinforced reciprocating mechanism, these units withstand high-frequency impacts while providing exceptional dimensional precision and machining stability.
• High-Efficiency Turnkey Integration:We provide a one-stop service from drawing analysis and unit selection to dedicated toolholder and insert planning, helping customers rapidly implement broaching processes.
• High-Rigidity Impact-Resistant Structure:Reinforced specifically for the reciprocating force characteristics of broaching, effectively absorbing impact vibrations to protect the precision transmission system of the Goodway turret.
• Precision Reciprocating Drive Mechanism:Ensures positioning accuracy and depth consistency for every stroke, suitable for H7-grade keyways, internal/external gears, and specialized geometric shapes.
• Adjustable Stroke Range (25 – 65 mm):Available in multiple stroke specifications to meet blind or through-hole requirements for various parts, flexibly adapting to Goodway's NL, GTS, and GLS series.
•Enhanced Automated Production Efficiency:Eliminates positioning errors from secondary setups, saves outsourcing costs and logistics time, and achieves a complete "Turn-Mill-Broach" process on a single machine.
