Through an internal high-precision speed-increasing mechanism, these tools significantly boost output RPM, perfectly solving the issue of insufficient cutting speed in small-diameter drilling, micro-machining, and high-speed precision milling. Even at the turret’s base RPM, they provide stable and high-efficiency high-speed power, helping Goodway users expand their machining application range.
• High-Efficiency Speed Ratio Design:Features a built-in precision speed-increasing gear set (common ratios 1:2 or 1:3), enabling output speeds exceeding 10,000 RPM without increasing the machine load.
• Exceptional Runout Accuracy ≤ 0.003mm:Maintains exceptional rotational precision even at high speeds, effectively reducing tool wear for micro-tools while ensuring a superior surface finish.
• Imported P4 / P5 High-Speed Precision Bearings:Equipped with imported bearings optimized for high-speed operation, featuring low heat generation and high stability to extend service life during continuous high-speed machining.
• High-Rigidity Body & Heat Dissipation:The reinforced body is designed to suppress high-speed vibrations, paired with an optimized heat dissipation structure to ensure precise thermal drift control during long-term operations.
