Featuring a single-side twin-spindle offset design, this toolholder allows for two tools to be configured in a single station for same-direction machining. By utilizing the Y-axis stroke of the Mazak machine, it significantly enhances machining versatility and throughput per setup, helping customers maximize process integration within limited turret space.
• Single-Side Twinspindle Efficiency:Provides two same-direction output spindles at a single turret position, significantly increasing flexibility for tool backup or different operations, reducing tool-change time and optimizing cycle times.
• Extreme Runout Accuracy ≤ 0.003mm:High-precision internal manufacturing ensures consistent rotational accuracy across both output spindles, maintaining stable dimensional tolerances during continuous precision machining.
• High-Rigidity Reinforced Housing:The reinforced housing handles cutting loads from simultaneous or alternating dual-tool machining, effectively suppressing vibration and protecting the turret drive system to ensure machining stability.
• Precision Paired-Ground Spiral Bevel Gears:Achieves smooth power transmission through high-quality ground gears, featuring low noise and minimal heat generation, significantly boosting efficiency and extending the life of internal components.
• Seamless Mazak Y-Axis Compatibility:Fully compliant with Mazak OEM turret and Y-axis offset specifications, ensuring easy installation and precise positioning to shorten setup times and improve equipment utilization.
