Combining 90° lateral transmission with a dual-opposed output spindle design to maximize space utilization and machining efficiency. This toolholder provides dual-direction tool output in a single station, making it ideal for synchronized lateral cutting on Okuma twin-spindle models—helping customers achieve high-efficiency process integration.
• Dual-Opposed Output Integration:Provides dual-direction lateral output in a single station, supporting simultaneous or sequential lateral drilling and milling for both Okuma main and sub-spindles. This saves turret space and shortens cycle times.
• Extreme Runout Accuracy ≤ 0.003mm:Maintains exceptional rotational precision even under 90° transmission, ensuring high dimensional consistency and precision surface finish for workpieces on both main and sub-spindles.
• Precision Paired-Ground Spiral Bevel Gears:Achieves smooth power transmission through high-quality ground gears, featuring low noise and minimal heat generation to ensure stability during heavy-duty and synchronized multi-process cutting on Okuma machines.
• High-Rigidity Reinforced Housing:The reinforced housing structure handles dual-direction lateral cutting forces, effectively suppressing vibration and protecting the precision drive system of the Okuma turret for long-term stable performance.
