• High-Rigidity Monoblock Structure
The optimized main body design withstands immense radial cutting forces and effectively absorbs vibrations during heavy-duty cutting. This protects and extends tool life while significantly improving the surface finish of the workpiece.
• Precision-Ground Contact Surfaces
All contact surfaces between the tool holder base and the turret are precision-ground to guarantee exceptionally high repeatability. This substantially reduces tool offset compensation time and enhances overall machining efficiency.
