Optimized for the high-rigidity interface of DMG MORI turrets (such as NLX, NZX, and NTX series), these toolholders feature a precision-guided structure designed to ensure exceptional axial accuracy and vibration damping once the tool is clamped—helping customers achieve ultra-fine internal machining quality on their machines.
• Superior Center-Height Consistency:Through rigorous grinding and manufacturing tolerance control, the toolholder ensures precise alignment with the machine spindle centerline. This effectively reduces taper during boring and significantly enhances tool life and machining stability.
• Reinforced Anti-Vibration Clamping:Specifically reinforced to address the resonance common in I.D. machining by enhancing housing rigidity and clamping precision. It effectively suppresses vibrations during cutting, ensuring excellent surface finishes even during heavy-duty internal roughing or high L/D ratio operations.
• High-Efficiency Internal Coolant System:Supports high-pressure internal coolant delivery, directing fluid precisely to the tool tip.
