Optimized for the high-precision interfaces of DMG MORI turrets (such as NLX, NZX, and NTX series), these toolholders ensure exceptional positioning accuracy and structural rigidity during face turning, face drilling, or face grooving, effectively suppressing axial forces and vibrations generated by face machining.
• Superior Perpendicularity Accuracy:All critical contact surfaces are precision-ground to ensure perfect perpendicularity with the spindle after installation. This is critical for enhancing face flatness and dimensional tolerances, perfectly embodying the precision values of DMG MORI.
