Product Introduction
Developed specifically for Goodway high-performance multitasking centers, providing robust support for face machining operations. Optimized for the high-precision interfaces of Goodway turrets (such as GLS, GA, and GS series), these toolholders ensure exceptional positioning accuracy and structural rigidity during face turning, face drilling, or face grooving, effectively suppressing axial forces and vibrations generated by face machining.
• Superior Perpendicularity Accuracy:All critical contact surfaces are precision-ground to ensure perfect perpendicularity with the spindle after installation. This is critical for enhancing face flatness and dimensional tolerances, fully meeting Goodway’s rigorous requirements for heavy-duty precision machining.
• High-Rigidity Anti-Vibration Structure:The housing structure is designed to withstand powerful cutting reaction forces, demonstrating excellent vibration damping during heavy-duty face machining. Even during aggressive face turning, it maintains stable surface finishes and protects tool life.
• Optimized Internal Coolant Channels:Integrated internal coolant channels ensure fluid is delivered precisely to the face cutting point. This effectively reduces temperatures during high-torque cutting and enhances chip evacuation in face drilling or grooving, preventing surface scratches.
• Wear-Resistant & Heat-Treated:Manufactured from selected alloy steel with integrated heat treatment, providing high hardness and toughness. Surface protection treatment effectively resists coolant corrosion and wear, ensuring the turret interface remains precise after years of use.
• Seamless Goodway Compatibility:Fully compliant with Goodway OEM BMT standards or proprietary turret interfaces, ensuring easy installation and secure clamping. Helps customers leverage the high stability and output efficiency of Goodway machines in face machining.
