• BBT Dual-Contact Technology (Optional):Supports BBT dual-contact specifications (simultaneous taper and face contact), effectively eliminating Z-axis draw-in during high-speed rotation and significantly enhancing radial rigidity during cutting.
• High-Precision Dynamic Balancing:Given the larger rotational mass of the BT50, all units are precision-balanced to G2.5 / 15,000 RPM (or higher) to significantly reduce spindle load and prevent resonance.
• Precision Carburizing Heat Treatment:Manufactured from selected alloy steel with deep carburizing treatment, achieving ultimate surface hardness and wear resistance while maintaining high core toughness to ensure no deformation under high-intensity operations.
