• Dual-Mode Operation (Positioning & Through-Hole)

• Positioning Mode: Installing the positioning block provides an axial dead stop, ensuring consistent workpiece length and absolute repeatability.

• Through-Hole Mode: Once the positioning block is removed, it converts into a through-hole type, perfectly suited for long bar stock processing.

• Push-Forward Parallel Clamping: Featuring segmented parallel contraction technology, it provides more uniform force distribution than traditional taper clamping. This enhances clamping rigidity while protecting the workpiece surface from marking.

• Enhanced Body Construction: Through carburizing quenching and cryogenic treatment, the body reaches a hardness of HRC 58-62, demonstrating extreme wear resistance and dimensional stability.

• Waterproof & Chip-proof: Utilizes a specialized rubber vulcanization process to effectively block cutting fluid and iron chips from entering the internal mechanism, significantly extending the service life.

• Seamless Automation Integration: Supports airtight detection to ensure precise displacement monitoring during automated loading/unloading. It can also be equipped with center-through coolant to optimize heat dissipation and chip evacuation for deep-hole machining.
