Product Introduction
Developed specifically for the high-speed machining requirements of Nakamura-Tome multitasking centers. Designed to break through the RPM limits of traditional turrets, these toolholders significantly boost output RPM via an internal high-precision speed-increasing mechanism. They perfectly address insufficient cutting speeds in small-diameter drilling, micro-machining, and high-speed precision milling—helping customers achieve high-efficiency and high-precision process integration on their Nakamura-Tome machines.
• High-Efficiency Speed Ratio Design:Features a built-in precision speed-increasing gear set, enabling multiplied output speeds (e.g., 1:2 or 1:3) without increasing the load on the Nakamura-Tome turret motor, meeting the demands of high-speed micro-machining.
• Extreme Runout Accuracy ≤ 0.003mm:High-precision spindles ensure exceptional rotational accuracy even at extremely high speeds, effectively reducing wear on micro-tools and ensuring superior workpiece surface finish.
• High-Rigidity Body & Heat Dissipation:Structurally optimized for heat generated at high speeds, paired with low-heat precision drive components to ensure thermal stability and precision consistency during long-term continuous production on Nakamura-Tome machines.
• Imported P4 / P5 High-Speed Precision Bearings:Equipped with top-tier imported high-speed precision bearings, offering low temperature-rise and high thermal stability to ensure reliability and low-vibration performance during continuous high-speed operation.
